•  Associate’s degree or equivalent in Air-conditioning from a reputed technical school
•  7 to 10 years hands on experience in the HVAC/ chilled water system
•  Ability to overhaul & install compressors, fault diagnoses, electrical, control and calibration
• Good planning and implementation of PM schedule
•  Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians, provide technical support and prepare technical report
• Driving license
